Terms & Conditions

BLUE SKY HOLIDAY GROUP TERMS & CONDITIONSIn using Blue Sky Holiday Group to book and confirm accommodation with owners or managers directly, you the customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. There may be  credit card or processing fees by the owners or managers, please check their T&c on their listing on this website.

2. You will be dealing with the owner or manager directly for your booking and not Blue Sky Holiday Group, this is why your accommodation is cheaper than the resort direct or other booking platforms.  All  communication about your booking will be done directly with the owner or manager through the message service on this website.

3. Deposit – A non refundable deposit to the value of 25% accommodation will be required to secure your booking plus a processing fee.

4. Final balance – Your accommodation must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival the full amount must be paid. If the deposit or final payment is not received by the due date Blue Sky Holiday Group or the owners/Managers reserves the right to cancel your booking and keep your non-refundable deposit. If after arrival, guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property manager or owner.

5. Cancellations – A) Within 30 days of Check-in date you will lose the full value of your booking. B) Outside of 30 days you will lose your initial deposit.

6. Amendments – Bookings amended 30 days prior to Check-in Date will incur a $75 amendment fee. No bookings can be amended within 30 days of Check- in Date, full cancellation fees apply.

7. Payment terms – Owners and Managers accept Direct Deposit, or Visa & Mastercard.

8. Reservations – Are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.

9. Blue Sky Holiday Group – makes its best endeavors to ensure that the information available on the site is accurate, current and free from errors or omissions, but can not guarantee this. Blue Sky Holiday Group reserves the right to alter, change or remove any information from the site at any time.

10. All guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation security bond to the value of the owners T&C.  This will be held in case of any damages occur to the property. Where a credit card is not available a cash deposit of the same amount will be required.  This will be refunded with 7 days after your stay to your required bank account.  In addition, to eliminate identity fraud you will be asked to provide photo ID prior or at Check-in to ensure that your identity matches your booking identity.  Any personal information contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

11. Blue Sky Holiday Group – requires that you be at least 18 years of age to use this site.

12. Although the owners and managers of your privately owned accommodation endeavor to meet all of guests requirements and any special requests cannot be guaranteed.

13. Early Check Ins & Late Check Outs – Can be arranged if possible, but not guaranteed. Fees may apply, therefore check with provider.

14. Blue Sky Holiday Group is not affiliated with the on-site managers.

15. Acceptance – I have read and understood the information provided by Blue Sky Holiday Group.

16. Booking Arrangements – The person making a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons traveling.

17. Force Majeure -We will not be in breach of the agreement or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance and with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Blue Sky Holiday Group, or the Owners or Managers of the property.  We will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever.

18. Travel Insurance – We strongly recommend Travel Insurance for all of those unexpected events leading to a last-minute cancellation.
